In designing, we usually get some characters or images that include round figures. Usually, in 3D shapes or models, we get confused about how to bend the shape.
In this step-by-step guide, you can learn the process easily.
First create new document Cmd/Ctrl+N.
Or open the file menu and select a new option.
First, create the new 3D shape on grid view, Here, you can create any shape to which you want to apply bend modifier. I'll choose a rectangle shape.
If you want to perfect bend this shape, you must subdivide this 3D shape.
For subdivision, you take any flow you like. Go to Edit Mesh > Add Divisions Mesh Tools > Insert Edge Loop.
Extrude(cmd + E)Edit mesh >Extrude as your requirement.
I will use an insert edge loop.
Use insert edge loop and add divisions in model.
Select the object and apply to the modifier.
For applying to modifier follow this path Deform > Nonlinear > bend.
Apply modifier and set your bend properties.
