Requirement for the Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and networking to create new business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand revenue from existing accounts.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and clients to foster repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion.
Track and report on sales progress, monitor key metrics, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
Present product/service offerings effectively to potential clients, customizing pitches based on their specific needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to build and expand the company’s professional network.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Skills Required:
A motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills.
Excellent in communication verbal and written.
Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients in conjunction.
Provide input into the development of documentation for business development collateral and support activities.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English have high preference.
