Requirement for the Tele Caller/ Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Understand and explain IT products/services to potential clients
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow up with leads, schedule demos, and assist the sales team
Resolve customer queries, provide support, and escalate issues as needed
Maintain client satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience
Coordinate with internal teams for service-related queries or requests
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Basic understanding of IT products, services, or terminology
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or call management software
Good listening skills and customer-first approach
Organized, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
